From Lisbon to New York [ "De Lisboa a Nova Iorque" ] was the starting point given to third year Communication Design students, in 2003. Students were free to experiment with any media they chose to. Some of them photographed, some filmed, others edited magazines or created games.
As usual, I chose to write.
"BOA-NOVA, de Lisboa a Nova Iorque" connects different characters in different cities. These are Lisbon and New York, but could be any other two cities. Later on, I submitted it to a National Writing Competition and it got selected. Urray. My first book got published. Double urray.
It is now sold out and out of print.
